If you want to use a Spiritus Systems or Haley Strategic Hook/Hook Velcro Lined Insert you can attach this to the front of the insert so it can bridge the insert to the inner Hook Velcro of our placard. This will also work with other placards that have a Hook/Loop internal lining.
